2. Scope

This policy applies to the processing of personal data by digital opua GmbH in connection with the use of websites under the domains digital-opua.ch and the associated topic sites (ai-consulting-schweiz.ch, agent-commerce.ch, mcp-beratung.ch, chatgpt-integration.ch, ki-consulting-schweiz.ch, ai-consulting-zug.ch, agent-ready.ch) and the websites health-marketing.ch, bewegung-im-alter.ch and patinareloved.com. 3. Applicable Legal Basis

We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Data We Process

  • Server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for operational security and attack prevention.
  • Contact form: Name, e-mail address, message — to respond to your enquiry.
  • Newsletter: E-mail address, optionally name — to send information you have explicitly requested.

5. Data Processors

We use the following service providers:

  • Vercel Inc. (website hosting, edge locations worldwide including Frankfurt; additionally Web Analytics and Speed Insights). Data processing agreement pursuant to GDPR Art. 28.
  • Sendinblue SAS ("Brevo"), 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France (newsletter and email delivery). Data is hosted on servers within the EU (France, Belgium, Germany). Support access from third countries is covered by the standard contractual clauses with the Swiss addendum: the competent supervisory authority is the FDPIC and the applicable law is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
  • Google Fonts (self-hosted via next/font) — fonts are served from our own servers; no external connection to Google.
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel), USA — measures whether a visit originates from an ad in ChatGPT. Transmitted are the page viewed, timestamp, technical browser data, and an identifier from the first-party cookie __obref; no names, no form contents. Data may be transferred to the USA.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

For reach and page-load metrics we use the measurement built into our hosting (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights): cookie-free, with no link to an identifiable person, no recognition across multiple websites — all requests stay on our own domain. In addition we use OpenAI’s Measurement Pixel to measure the effect of our ads in ChatGPT (see section 5). It stores a first-party cookie (__obref) so that a later page view can be attributed to the same visit; it does not track you across third-party websites. You can prevent the pixel by blocking third-party cookies and scripts in your browser. Functional cookies are only used where technically necessary for the operation of the website.

7. Your Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Please direct requests to the address given in the imprint or via the contact form.

8. AI Crawlers and Training Data

The public content of this website is designed to be accessible to AI crawlers (e.g. GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended). We do not process any personal data in this context.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the legal situation or our services.
