- Do the workshops take place on-site or remotely?
- Both are possible and the price is the same. On-site works better in our experience as soon as small-group work is involved — that is the discovery and the customer service workshop. Travel costs are included in the fixed price.
- Are prices per person or per workshop?
- Per workshop, not per person. The stated participant number is an upper limit for didactic reasons, not a pricing factor. A discovery workshop with five people costs the same as one with eight.
- What is the difference between a workshop and consulting?
- A workshop is a self-contained session with a defined outcome and a fixed price. Consulting is ongoing support over weeks or months. Many clients start with a workshop because the risk is contained — and then decide whether to go further.
- Do participants need prior knowledge?
- Not for the discovery and tools workshops. The RAG workshop assumes you can read architecture diagrams — you do not need to code. The agent commerce workshop assumes you have an existing product offering.
- Do we receive material we may reuse internally?
- Yes, for unrestricted internal use. Depending on the workshop that means the roadmap as PDF, the prioritisation matrix as Excel, code snippets, eval scripts or requirements templates. The work products are yours.
- Are there discounts for booking several workshops?
- Two workshops −15 %, three or more −25 %. Higher education institutions receive −50 %, non-profits −30 %. If a workshop leads to a consulting engagement of CHF 8,000 or more, half the workshop price is credited.
- How far in advance do we need to book?
- Plan for three to four weeks' lead time. The reason is not capacity but preparation: we align expectations beforehand and prepare material based on your real cases — for the customer service workshop, for instance, on your ticket sample.
- What happens after the workshop?
- Nothing you do not order. You can continue with the work products on your own — that is what they are for. If you want support, there are two routes: individual consulting engagements, or the three-month enablement model in which delivery stays with your team.
