AI workshops for Swiss SMEs

From the AI roadmap for leadership to the toolkit for your team — and afterwards in a way that lets you carry on without us.

What Swiss SMEs book us for

Most companies that approach us do not have a tooling problem. They have twenty ideas, a tight budget, and nobody who can say with confidence which two of them will actually earn money next year. That is where our workshops start: we prioritise before anything gets built.

We build productive AI systems ourselves — a RAG platform, an agent-commerce stack, an evaluation framework. What we teach comes from those projects, not from slides someone else wrote. When something fails regularly in practice, we say so.

Every workshop ends with something that stays in the company: a roadmap, a requirements document, a measurement setup, a prompt library. Not a deck to read later, but work products you can continue on Monday.

Which question — which workshop

“We need an AI roadmap but do not know where to start”

The discovery workshop produces a 12-month roadmap with quarterly milestones and accountabilities in half a day. You leave with three prioritised use cases including cost indication — and a watchlist of what is consciously deferred.

AI Discovery for Leadership

“We have twenty ideas and need to prioritise”

Same session, different emphasis: the prioritisation matrix scores every idea by business value, data maturity, feasibility and change effort. The result is a justified sequence rather than a wish list.

See the prioritisation matrix

“Our team should use AI in their daily work”

A day in which every participant works on their own real tasks — not on examples. The result is a personal prompt library and a clear privacy line for which content may go into which tool.

AI Tools for Knowledge Workers

“Our customer service should use AI”

We sort your real ticket volume and draw the dividing line: which enquiries AI can handle, which must stay with people, and what the handover in between looks like. We work on your anonymised ticket sample.

AI Use Cases in Customer Service

“Our documents should become searchable”

The RAG workshop explains the architecture, builds a live mini-RAG with your sample dataset, and delivers a skeleton requirements document for vendor inquiries. Including an evaluation protocol so you can compare offers instead of believing demos.

RAG Strategy for SMEs

“Our products should be discoverable for AI agents”

How to make products transactable for AI agents: the three competing protocols, the discovery layer, and a live-built MCP server with your own product data. The result is a 90-day plan.

Agent Commerce for Marketing & E-Com

“We want to be able to do this ourselves”

That is not a workshop format but a three-month support model: strategy and knowledge transfer come from us, delivery stays with your team. Designed for internal teams that want to own the topic permanently.

Enablement instead of dependency

A consultancy that makes itself indispensable has a business model — but you have a problem. Three places where you can check this with us:

  • The discovery workshop ends with a “12-month roadmap you can run without us”. That is in the workshop's list of outcomes, not in a brochure.
  • The RAG workshop hands over code snippets, eval scripts and requirements templates — the tools you need to compare vendors, including against us.
  • If a workshop leads to a consulting engagement of CHF 8,000 or more within six months, we credit half the workshop price. The workshop is not a door-opener you pay for twice.

Frequently asked questions about our AI workshops

Do the workshops take place on-site or remotely?
Both are possible and the price is the same. On-site works better in our experience as soon as small-group work is involved — that is the discovery and the customer service workshop. Travel costs are included in the fixed price.
Are prices per person or per workshop?
Per workshop, not per person. The stated participant number is an upper limit for didactic reasons, not a pricing factor. A discovery workshop with five people costs the same as one with eight.
What is the difference between a workshop and consulting?
A workshop is a self-contained session with a defined outcome and a fixed price. Consulting is ongoing support over weeks or months. Many clients start with a workshop because the risk is contained — and then decide whether to go further.
Do participants need prior knowledge?
Not for the discovery and tools workshops. The RAG workshop assumes you can read architecture diagrams — you do not need to code. The agent commerce workshop assumes you have an existing product offering.
Do we receive material we may reuse internally?
Yes, for unrestricted internal use. Depending on the workshop that means the roadmap as PDF, the prioritisation matrix as Excel, code snippets, eval scripts or requirements templates. The work products are yours.
Are there discounts for booking several workshops?
Two workshops −15 %, three or more −25 %. Higher education institutions receive −50 %, non-profits −30 %. If a workshop leads to a consulting engagement of CHF 8,000 or more, half the workshop price is credited.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Plan for three to four weeks' lead time. The reason is not capacity but preparation: we align expectations beforehand and prepare material based on your real cases — for the customer service workshop, for instance, on your ticket sample.
What happens after the workshop?
Nothing you do not order. You can continue with the work products on your own — that is what they are for. If you want support, there are two routes: individual consulting engagements, or the three-month enablement model in which delivery stays with your team.
