Own your AI visibility — with guidance instead of dependency

A three-month support model for internal teams that want to own AI visibility permanently. Strategy and knowledge transfer come from us, delivery stays with you. After three months you can carry on without us — that is the goal, not a side effect.

What “do it with me” means here in practice

Classic agency work means: you commission, we deliver, the knowledge stays with us. The enablement model inverts that. We bring method, tools and judgement into the team — the work itself is done by your team, from day one and under guidance.

Who does what

We

  • Baseline measurement and goal definition
  • Method transfer and tool selection
  • Review of work products, with reasoning
  • Escalation for technically difficult cases

Your team

  • Research and topic selection
  • Writing and publishing
  • Ongoing measurement and adjustment
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders

The three-month sequence

Month 1

Baseline and craft

We: We measure how visible you are in AI answers today, and why. Then we transfer the craft: which formats get cited, which do not, and why.

Your team: Your team writes the first two pieces themselves — following the method, but without our hand on it. We discuss the result.

Month 2

Routine and judgement

We: We work on the hard part: judging whether something is good before the measurement shows it. Plus the measurement setup you will operate on your own.

Your team: Your team produces at its own pace and decides on topics itself. We review samples and justify every remark.

Month 3

Handover

We: We step back and document: what worked, what did not, and how you will recognise on your own when something goes off. The result is a written assessment, not a renewal offer.

Your team: Your team runs the month largely alone. We are reachable but do not intervene.

When this model is the wrong one

Enablement only works under conditions that are not always present. Where one is missing, we say so in the first conversation — an engagement that will predictably fail helps nobody.

  • Nobody has the time. Plan for roughly one day per week per person over three months. Without that time, no capability emerges — only a backlog.
  • It needs to be fast. If you must show a result in six weeks, a classic engagement serves you better — then we deliver rather than teach.
  • The team is in flux. Knowledge that forms in people leaves with them. Where departures are foreseeable, the effort does not pay off.
  • It is a one-off. For an audit, a migration or a relaunch, enablement is too slow and too expensive. Workshops and consulting engagements exist for that.

Terms

  • CHF 2,800 per month, three months — CHF 8,400 in total.
  • Cancellable monthly. If it does not fit after the first month, it ends there.
  • If the engagement runs the full three months, we credit half the price of a preceding workshop — provided it was no more than six months ago. On earlier exit the credit does not apply.
  • For internal teams of two people or more. Below that, a workshop is the more suitable format.

Does this fit your situation?

The entry point is a 30-minute conversation in which we go through the four exclusion criteria above. If one applies, we tell you which format fits instead.
